      • Advertise the Property – We are in partnership with over 30 websites that advertise rental properties.  The property will advertise on our website.  We will also advertise your property through social media such as Facebook.  We also have numerous local connections with other Realtors and companies who are seeking rentals for their clients
      • Show the Property – One of the biggest time savers to you is that we will show the property to potential tenants
      • Screen Applicants – We check all applications for criminal background, credit history, employment history, and rental history
      • Draw up the Rental Agreement – We will take care of the paperwork necessary to execute a legal lease agreement with your tenant
      • Collection of Funds – We collect any deposits, rents, etc. that are due to you and then mail the funds to you in one simple payment
